  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99–$7.99, 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99–$19.99, 2–3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

International

  • International Shipping: $12.99–$29.99, 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Order Processing

  • We verify all orders for accuracy and security.
  • Incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious orders may be delayed for verification.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., out of stock, incorrect pricing, fraud risk).

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • For lost or missing packages in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
  • Contact us if you need assistance with a carrier claim; we will help where possible.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

  • Packages marked as undeliverable and returned to us will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
  • If you refuse delivery or an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
